Curd is considered to be the home of bacteria in The Language of Ayurveda If you count the bacteria in a cup of curd, millions of bacteria will appear. 
These bacteria will be very beneficial for you if you eat sweet curd.


*At the same time, if you add a pinch of salt to the curd, all the bacteria will die in a minute.
 * And their corpse will go into us, which will not help.
If you add a pinch of curd to 100 kg of curd, all the bacterial properties of curd will be lost,
 Because the chemicals in salt are enemies of bacteria|
Ayurveda says that add something to curd that increases bacteria and not kills or eliminates them.
Eat curd with jaggery, the number of bacteria becomes multiple as soon as jaggery is added,


 And they go from one crore to two crores, mix well for a while.
Even by adding bura, the growth of bacteria in curd increases manifold|



If the Misri is added to the curd, it will act as gold.
Lord Krishna also used to eat curd along with Misri.
People of old often put jaggery in curd.
